The Role
As a Technical Customer Success Manager & Pre-Sales Specialist at fiskaly, you will serve as the primary technical consultant and advocate for our customers, guiding them through discovery, onboarding, audits, and certifications. You combine customer‑focus with strong technical skills, work in a regulated environment, bridge Sales and Engineering, and leverage AI to improve support workflows.
What You’ll Do
* Pre‑Sales & Technical Consulting: Lead customer calls, guide usage of our solutions, and act as technical anchor during sales.
* Audit & Certification Support: Support customers through audit and certification phases, collaborate on self‑certifications, and liaise with regulatory authorities.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze, reproduce, and resolve complex issues using logs, developer tools; create reports and escape to engineering when needed.
* AI‑First Enablement: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) for customer interactions, solution structuring, and documentation; champion AI adoption.
* Documentation & Guidance: Create and maintain technical guidance, user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles for developers.
* Customer Onboarding: Facilitate technical kick‑off calls and help integrate APIs.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer across Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate needs into actionable insights.
What You Bring
* Language & Experience: Professional fluency in English & French; strong technical foundation; background or interest in tech support, consulting, or pre‑sales.
* Complex Environments: Experience in regulated environments; ability to handle pressure during audits.
* API Knowledge: Familiarity with REST APIs, logs, developer tools (Postman, curl), debugging.
* Communication: Strong communication skills; explain complex tech to non‑technical stakeholders and vice versa.
* AI Experience: Hands‑on experience with LLMs and interest in using AI to optimize workflows.
* Work Style: Value diversity, work independently in a fast‑paced setting, maintain a customer‑first mindset.
