Data Analyst in Retail Risk Management (f/m/x)
Join us as an experienced and driven Retail Risk Data Analyst to develop and implement solutions supporting credit risk governance, focusing on technology, data, and process improvement.
Responsibilities include overseeing data delivery process from the Network Banks, ensuring proper data quality, conducting data analytics, producing credit risk reports, and promoting innovative solutions to serve as analytical support for Risk and Business decisions.

Your role at RBI
1. Develop and implement data solutions to support Retail Risk reporting and analytical needs.
2. Manage the design and delivery of data reporting systems and tools.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders from Network Banks and other departments to understand data requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
4. Oversee data governance, quality, and integrity within the reporting system(s).
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies in data management and reporting.
6. Provide guidance and support to the team on data-related issues and initiatives.
Your core competencies
7. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
8. Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in data management, reporting, and analytics.
9. Experience in Banking industry, preferably in retail credit risk.
10. Strong understanding of data governance, data warehousing, and reporting tools.
11. Proficiency in major data programming languages such as SAS/SQL is required, with knowledge of R, Python, and Java considered advantageous.
12. Experience with data visualization tools such as Qliksense, Power BI or similar platforms.
13. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
14. Ability to manage multiple projects and drive initiatives to completion.
15. Business level command of English.
