Our client, a successful top 20 Accounting Practice is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their dynamic Business Services team in their Richmond, Victoria office. As a Senior Manager Business Services Route, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and high-quality advisory services to a diverse range of clients across the accounting and business services space.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients, providing strategic business advisory and accounting services to help them achieve their goals
* Oversee the delivery of audit, tax, and other assurance services to your clients
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
* Contribute to the growth and development of the Business Services practice, identifying new opportunities and driving business development initiatives
* Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
What We\'re Looking For
* Qualified Chartered Accountant CA with 8+ years of post-qualification experience
* Extensive experience in providing business advisory and accounting services to a diverse client base, ideally within a professional services firm
* Strong technical expertise in areas such as audit, tax, and corporate finance
* Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
* Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
