As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Assistant Development Manager and Acquisition Analyst to support our Development Team and Acquisitions Manager in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new development site opportunities. This role is ideal for a commercially minded and analytically driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to contribute to residential projects across Southeast Queensland and develop themselves into a high‑quality development professional.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Acquisitions Manager and Development Team in the acquisition of key large‑scale development sites, complete due diligence studies, advancing development approvals and deliver quality projects.
Conduct feasibility analysis for acquisition opportunities.
Work with consultants including town planners, architects and engineers to help progress development concepts.
Assist in site‑specific research and due diligence on potential developments.
Coordinate and maintain market intelligence databases, tracking transactions and projects data.
Support the preparation of presentations for senior stakeholders.
Establish and manage relationships with internal teams, external consultants, agents and valuers.
About You
Tertiary qualification in either Economics, Property Valuation, Investment, Town Planning, Engineering or Finance.
Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in the property industry.
Experience must be in valuation, development, construction, town planning, or real estate sales sectors.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of fundamentals with feasibilities, town planning and market research.
Basic understanding level of feasibility analysis experience is required.
Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Willingness to learn and participate in a team environment.
