In this role, you will handle customer service inquiries, enrich them with internal information, and generate orders for our service partners or field technicians. You will also review and approve documentation of service operations to complete the billing process. We seek someone with a mix of technical understanding, especially of heating systems (ideally district heating), and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth and efficient service support.

Job Responsibilities
1. Process after-sales service inquiries, including technical pre-assessment, supplement inquiries with additional internal information, and convert them into orders for service partners or technicians.
2. Evaluate and approve service documentation from service partners.
3. Provide technical and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to heating products and systems.
5. Work with sales and technical teams to gather feedback and improve product quality.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities in the CRM system.
7. Identify recurring problems and work with the technical team to develop long-term solutions.
8. Assist in developing service strategies to enhance customer experience and ensure product reliability.
Background & Skills
* Technical knowledge in heating systems or related products (district heating preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience in customer support, technical assistance, or after-sales service, preferably in an international environment and ideally in the HVAC sector.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in German (spoken and written) is essential; basic English skills are required.
* Preferred location: Scheifling, Austria—regular communication with colleagues is essential.
