Tasks
Independent management of the entire purchasing process, from demand planning to on‑time delivery
Ensuring optimal supply for production through forward‑looking planning and efficient scheduling
Managing and optimizing inventory levels while balancing availability and working capital
Coordinating international supply chains and ensuring reliable material availability for our sites
Acting as a key interface between logistics, production, and suppliers
Identifying deviations at an early stage and developing pragmatic, solution‑oriented measures in demand planning and fulfillment
Handling supplier complaints and resolving invoice discrepancies
Skills
Completed commercial education or degree, combined with several years of experience in operational purchasing, planning/scheduling, or supply chain management
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a solution‑oriented mindset
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, and ideally experience with SAP
Enjoy analyzing interrelations and actively improving processes
Structured and independent way of working, with a focus on priorities and efficient time management
Strong communication skills and team spirit – you bring people and solutions together
Good command of English, both written and spoken, for internal and external collaboration

The minimum salary for this position is €2,811.52 gross per month on a full‑time basis (38.5 hours). A
significant overpayment
