Job Description
As a Process Engineer you will focus on optimizing production and/or packaging processes, drive projects that innovate our production technology, and improve product quality.
Your main tasks include:
* Analyze and develop production processes
* Develop and implement production machines / systems
* Execute product and plant tests
* Improve existing production machines / automation processes
* Plan, calculate and implement technical projects
* Analyze and compare variants of technical development potentials
* Manage projects
* Lead line teams (personnel responsibility)
Job Qualifications
* Successfully completed degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, process engineering, etc.)
* Excellent analytical skills and quick comprehension
* Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills; assertiveness
* Initiative, flexibility, and ability to coordinate
* Good knowledge of English and German
