Leadership: Grow and develop the team to meet the needs of the Clean Product Line Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact. Priority Alignment: Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities for market penetrations and defenses. Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our products and services. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align customer needs with company objectives. Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Technical Experience: Minimum 12 years' experience in the semiconductor industry with a bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a master's degree or 5 years with a PhD. Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing direct reports. Department leadership experience preferred. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
