Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer
As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models, as well as integrating AI technologies into various internal applications and existing software products. Your work will help automate tasks, improve decision-making, and drive innovation in automotive engineering, simulation, validation, and testing systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop AI models and algorithms: Design, build, and train machine learning models to solve specific problems, including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and deep learning models.
2. Design and implement agents: Use frameworks like Semantic.Kernel or LangChain.
3. Model optimization: Tune and optimize models for efficiency, performance, and scalability.
4. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into products and applications.
5. Testing and validation: Ensure models are robust, accurate, and scalable through rigorous testing.
6. Deployment: Deploy models into product environments and internal development processes, ensuring seamless integration and monitoring.
7. Problem-solving: Use AI tools to address business problems such as automation, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Completed education (University of Technology, University of Applied Sciences, or comparable) focused on AI, computer science, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning algorithms.
* Familiarity with deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and NLP, especially LLMs.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows, Microsoft Azure DevOps).
* Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
* Knowledge of database systems and SQL for handling large datasets.
* Business fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
