To enhance our successful Team in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate Junior Assistant to Plant Management. We are looking for a proactive and service‑minded Assistant who ensures smooth administrative operations and supports teams, employees, and visitors with professionalism and structure.
Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate office operations, including mail handling, meeting room preparation, and office supply management
* Organize international travel and support visa processes, including document collection and communication with agencies
* Support onboarding activities and act as a central contact for employees and students
* Coordinate visits, line tours, and interactions with internal teams and external partners
* Maintain administrative documentation such as the organizational chart and internal requests (e.g., BANF)
Your Profile
* Completed commercial education or relevant administrative experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
* Professional communication style and a service-oriented mindset
* Reliability, discretion, and the ability to work independently
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong command of German and English, both written and spoken
* Proactive, friendly personality who enjoys supporting teams
