Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Baku. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks, while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers to provide excellent service, maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace, preparing food items, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
* Experience or ability in food preparation
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required
