Role
As Team Lead IT-Integration & Requirements, you will play a key role in shaping our IT landscape and enabling seamless business processes.
Your responsibilities include:
Take on a functional leadership role within the Core Competences & Support team – with the opportunity to grow into a disciplinary leadership position
Translate business needs into technical requirements, create and maintain documentation for functional and non-functional specifications
Design, maintain, and further develop integration solutions across our ecosystem; oversee testing, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
Apply Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, AI, and automation to streamline delivery
Contribute actively to the ongoing development of our IT integration strategy and help shape a future-proof digital ecosystem
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Several years of experience (approx. 3–5 years) in system integration or software development
Technical Skills
Understanding of software design principles and infrastructure basics
Familiarity with REST, SOAP, OData
Experience with scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure DevOps, .NET, M365, Power Platform)
Knowledge of ERP, CAD, PDM or similar platforms is an advantage
Personal Qualities
Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Leadership skills and ability to guide teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German and English
Curiosity and openness to emerging technologies such as AI and automation
Willingness to travel occasionally
