An unserem Produktionsstandort in Orth, an dem FSME und pDNA als Wirkstoffe für rund 14,5 Millionen Impfdosen pro Jahr hergestellt werden, halten wir Ausschau nach neuen Talenten für folgende Position:
BioProcess Technician (m/w/d) FMSE und pDNA Produktion
Für 2 Jahre befristet
Was Sie erreichen werden:
* Selbständiges Arbeiten in der FSME und pDNA Produktion im Upstream & Downstream
* Probenaufbereitung und -versand inkl. Testungen für die In-Prozess-Kontrolle
* Betreuung von Systemelementen (z.B. SAP, IMEx) und Mitwirken bei Wartung der Anlagen
* Vertretung des Bereichs bei Projekten als Subject Matter Expert
* Selbständiges Dokumentieren in Herstellvorschriften und GMP-Systemen
Was Sie mitbringen:
* Abgeschlossene Fachschule oder HTL der Fachrichtung Chemie, Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik oder abgeschlossenen Lehrberuf im Bereich Chemie oder Pharmazie oder verwandten Bereich von Vorteil
* Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie sowie Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von elektronischen Herstellvorschriften und in der GMP-Herstellung
* Erfahrung im Downstream-Prozess von Vorteil
* Bereitschaft für Arbeiten außerhalb der Normalarbeitszeit (z.B. Wochenende)
* Bereitschaft für Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb in der pDNA-Kampagne
* Bereitschaft für Arbeiten im infektiösen Bereich (BSL3 und 2)
* Perfekte Deutsch und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) erforderlich
* Hohes Maß an Verantwortung, Selbstorganisation und Disziplin
* Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

Laut Kollektivvertrag für die Chemische Industrie beträgt das Mindestgehalt für diese Position € 47.532,24 brutto pro Jahr auf Basis von Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihren Kompetenzen sowie Ihren beruflichen Vorerfahrungen.
