Job Overview
As a Google Ads Account Manager, your main goal is to drive sales growth by providing effective digital advertising solutions to German businesses and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will manage a diverse portfolio, develop tailored strategies to maximize ROI, and ensure clients leverage Google Ads effectively.
This is a target-driven sales role that requires a consultative approach to customer acquisition, retention, and upselling. You will join a dynamic sales team focused on expanding the client base across the EMEA region, contributing to the German digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage proactively with new and existing advertisers to build relationships and identify business needs, offering advertising strategies that enhance performance.
* Consult and upsell Google Ads solutions by analyzing client objectives, optimizing campaigns, and increasing ad spend efficiency.
* Provide strategic digital marketing advice to help businesses maximize their advertising impact.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer experience.
* Communicate effectively via phone, video calls, and email, guiding clients through campaign setup, optimization, and expansion.
Requirements
* Native-level German (C2/C1) and fluent English proficiency.
* At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, PPC campaign management, or media buying.
* Strong consultative selling skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
* Expertise in Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube, and related platforms is highly advantageous.
* Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Passion for technology, online advertising, and marketing trends, with adaptability to industry changes.
