Shaping Social Strategy
In this role, you'll lead the social media strategy for AlphaTauri’s initiatives, from concept to publishing on channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. You'll craft a global social media strategy based on seasonal campaigns and stories developed collaboratively with the internal creative team. You'll build channel-relevant stories, formats, and deliverables in close exchange with the art director for each project and brief the internal creative team thereafter. Implementing innovative social formats across various touchpoints, you'll align ideas cross-department-wise and meet business objectives, driving growth, performance, and engagement.
Mastering Content Planning and Creation
You'll create and manage a content calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with the audience and aligns with the brand’s messaging. You'll collaborate with our art director and team to create compelling content, as well as creating content independently and selecting assets for channels such as Instagram and Pinterest.
Audience, Trend, and Competitor Analysis
You will ensure that AlphaTauri connects with global audiences through social media, sparking positive conversations via community management that build brand equity. By utilizing a consistent, inclusive, and authentic tone, you'll build meaningful consumer relationships and foster brand loyalty. Additionally, you'll stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media platform updates, adapting strategies accordingly. Monitoring competitor activities on social media will help identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Platform Management
You will oversee analytics tools to track KPIs and other metrics, generating reports and insights across multiple social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Collaboration with Content Creators and Brand Ambassadors
You will develop strategies for collaborating with content creators and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach and meet business objectives. You will oversee the entire process from scouting to contracting and publishing, ensuring alignment with internal departments.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* 5+ years of experience, preferably within the fashion industry, in publishing content on major brand social media channels, optimizing social content, and telling authentic stories
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills for data analysis
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
* Strong ability to critically analyze social media, digital products, video consumption patterns, and platform algorithms
* Experience in video production/editing, editorial work, design, and photography
* Understanding of social platform trends, content formats, and language, with an investigative mindset
* Experience working with external agencies and content creators
* Well-organized team player with a self-starter mentality and effective communication skills in a multilingual, multicultural environment
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,446 gross per month. Our compensation package is market-oriented and significantly above this minimum.
