Salary
The minimum monthly gross salary for this position refers to the Austrian CBA "Information & Consulting" (Group IV), 14x salaries/year. We guarantee a fair overpay, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
 * Advise on strategic direction and organizational structure; decide and implement HR measures as authorized representative
 * Support managers on labor law, leadership responsibilities, and HR policy compliance
 * Manage co-determination processes and cooperation with employee representatives
 * Negotiate contracts related to hiring, changes, and departures; advise on compensation and staff development
 * Lead initial recruitment consulting, staffing, onboarding, and coordinate related interfaces
 * Advise on tactical and long-term personnel planning considering strategy, diversity, and succession
 * Support managers in employee career and development planning and follow-up
 * Act as sparring partner in transformation projects, advising and overseeing change implementation
 * Handle difficult discussions, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with departments and employees
 * Support talent management programs and serve as key contact for talent initiatives

Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Legal, Social Sciences, or Business Administration
 * With a Master's degree: 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
 * With a Bachelor's degree: 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
 * Ideally, have a basic understanding of Austrian labour law and ability to handle companies with different CBAs
 * Excellent verbal and written English and German communication
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and cost-consciousness
 * Able to work well under pressure and adapt to change
 * Skilled in conflict resolution and supporting organizational transformation
 * Strong customer focus, professionalism, reliability, and responsibility
 * Independent, proactive, with good judgment and negotiation skills
 * Excellent interpersonal and intercultural sensitivity
 * Must have work permit for the assignment country
 * Willingness to travel
