Job Opportunity: Sales Account Manager (30h–40h/week)
Location:Villach, Austria (partially remote)
Employment Type:Minimum part time with possibility to full time
Work Arrangement:Remote possibility, with a minimum of three days per week required in the
office.
Salary:Based on collective agreement, with the possibility of overpayment depending on
qualifications and experience + premiums on performances.
About Us:
Greentide GmbH is a growing international trading company specializing in green coffee and soft
commodities operating in global markets, including Europe. With plans to expand into the USA,
Asia, and Russia in the next 24/36 months, we are seeking a motivated Sales Manager who
conducts sales operations to help us grow further.
Key Responsibilities:
•Acquire new customers
•Reach and interact with the existing and new customers
•Research and generate new sales leads, qualifying potential opportunities and nurturing
relationships to build a strong sales pipeline.
•Handle sales documentation, including order processing, contracting, negotiations and
follow-ups, ensuring smooth customer interactions.
•Maintain and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to
streamline workflows.
•Develop strategies to improve sales outcomes.
•Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Greentide's products together with
our agency.
Pag. 1 a 2Qualifications & Skills:
•Min 3 years of sales experience, trading, or customer relationship management is a must
•Fluent in English and German (written and spoken, both min C1); additional languages
are an advantage.
•Negotiations skills are required
•Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and platforms.
•Knowledge in finance and international trading and edging is a big advantage
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
•A collaborative mindset, with a strong understanding of the intersection of marketing
and sales.
•Interest or experience in AI-driven marketing and sales tools is a plus.
•Interest in sustainability is highly valued.
