Your profile
What this means in practise
* Own the full sales cycle: from first outreach to signed contract
* Proactively build pipeline through outbound (LinkedIn, cold email, calls, events, partnerships) – no waiting, no excuses
* Identify, qualify and prioritize new business opportunities with speed and precision
* Lead compelling product demos and sales conversations with both technical and business stakeholders
* Collaborate with marketing to sharpen messaging, convert leads, and continuously improve outreach performance
* Keep CRM (HubSpot) clean, forecasts sharp and pipeline metrics honest
* Hit revenue targets – then exceed them. Consistently.
* As we grow: help recruit, onboard and mentor junior sales talent, with a clear path to building your own team
What you should bring
* A proven track record as a B2B Sales Hunter – new business, not just account management
* Experience selling CyberSecurity SaaS solutions or software development services
* A strong, established network in the Security industry – you know the key players, decision-makers, and buying centers, and you're not afraid to use those relationships to open doors fast
* The ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders and translate complex products into clear value
* A self-starter mentality: you build your own pipeline, manage your own time, and take full ownership of results
* Ambition that goes beyond closing deals – you want to grow with the company and eventually lead a team

For this position, we offer an attractive salary starting at EUR 4,750 gross per month, depending on qualifications, plus an uncapped performance-based commission – because if you hit big, you should earn big.
