What You'll Do:
As a Duty Manager, you’ll take on a key leadership role to ensure the store operates seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
5. Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
6. Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving queries effectively.
7. Maintaining a clean, well-presented, and fully stocked store.
8. Driving sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency.
9. Being a keyholder and taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager (including store openings and closes).

10. Proven success as a Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Manager, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
11. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
12. Exceptional organisational abilities and a passion for customer service.
13. A proactive, energetic approach to managing a dynamic retail environment.
