* Speak German and English at a high level.
* Be capable of training and supervising team members to ensure consistent service quality.
* Possess previous experience in a similar environment.
* Understand the high standards expected in 4* and 5* establishments.
* Be creative and have a strong appreciation for the origins and quality of ingredients.
* Thrive under the pressure of a busy restaurant setting.
