Responsibilities
* Experience in an equivalent position in the upscale hotel or catering industry
* Enjoy working with fresh products
* Creativity, organized and careful work
* Reliability, willingness to take responsibility, passion and enjoyment of the job
* You are the chef's right-hand man and keep the business running, even when the chef is absent
* You lead by example - managing and motivating the team
* You create top dishes and delight our guests every day anew
* You are present in the kitchen and actively lend a hand
* You are jointly responsible for ensuring quality and hygiene standards
* You keep the overview - even when things get challenging - contact person for employees
* You pull the strings in the background (orders, inventories, rostering, etc.)
