Here’s what you’ll get:
Talent Acquisition: Building relationships with local schools, universities, and businesses, you will be the face of our local hiring team. You’ll manage the full recruitment process for key tech roles, directly shaping the future of video technology. Activities include hosting meet-ups and joint hiring initiatives.

What we’re looking for:
* At least 1 year of experience or an internship in an HR team within the DACH region, especially in fast-paced technology environments.
* Fluent/native German communication skills, with experience hiring for tech start-ups and scale-ups.
* Strong relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates.
* A genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion, and providing a great candidate and employee experience.
* Ability to work within a reasonable distance of our office in Klagenfurt.
