Technical education (e.g. HTL), ideally with first experience in the electronics industry or relevant experience with complex machines and their maintenanceProficiency in German and English, strong communication skills, and attention to detailAbility to troubleshoot, analyze data, and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic environmentWillingness to work in shift models and cleanroom environmentBasic IT skills (Word, Excel)Flexibility, adaptability, and readiness to work in a multicultural team
