Your daily tasks will include
️ Leading the entire sales process, starting from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals
️ Collaborating with colleagues from different functions to drive the sales process
️ Acting as the primary contact and orchestrator for various service lines such as Development, Design, and Marketing during the sales process
️ Acquiring an in-depth understanding of customers' business, workflows, and challenges
️ Tracking the market, building a network, and actively prospecting to identify business opportunities
️ Co-creating and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans, with the support of sales leadership and marketing.
The following will make you succeed in this role
️ At least 5 years of enterprise experience in solution or consultative sales,
️ Ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a strong track record of success,
️ Experience as a top performer in a team-selling environment for mid and large organisations,
️ Experience in IT / Digital industry (experience in eCommerce is required),
️ Experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business,
️ Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data,
️ Excellent verbal and written presentational and communication skills in English,
️ Excellent verbal and written presentational and communication skills German will be a plus.
