Your Tasks
* Support VIG Group companies in the CEE region as they join our Data & Analytics Platform (Azure Databricks) and guide them through the onboarding process
* Coordinate the smooth transition from project phase to daily operations and help keep everything running on schedule
* Take care of day-to-day service operations and make sure service levels and quality standards are met
* Keep an eye on performance, usage, and customer satisfaction – and turn these insights into helpful reports
* Be a trusted contact for more complex service questions and help find practical, timely solutions
* Continuously look for ways to improve our service processes, support innovation and document/implement it in ServiceNow
Qualifications
* Completed degree or vocational training in project management, business administration, or a related field as well as several years of experience in service or operations management – ideally in IT or data-related areas
* A good understanding of IT infrastructure and data platforms (experience with Azure is a plus)
* Excellent collaboration with different teams and stakeholders and clear, confident communication
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, ideally with some project management experience or certification
* Proficiency with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow); ITIL Service Management certification is a plus
* Fluency in English is essential; German and any other CEE language are beneficial
* Open to occasional travel (around 20%) in the CEE region

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 75.000,--. If you have extensive experience and expertise, we’re happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
