We are currently experiencing significant growth and expanding our footprint in Europe and South America. To strengthen our international sales presence, we are looking for a Europe & South America Sales Manager who will build, lead, and expand our sales activities across these key markets.
Your Role & Responsibilities
* Lead sales activities in both B2C and B2B channels, targeting high-end individual travelers and partner agencies that serve B2C clients.
* Design and sell tailor-made luxury travel experiences with a strong focus on Central Europe (Austria and neighboring countries).
* Drive the development of small group travel business for luxury segments.
* Represent Avellera at sales events, workshops, and trade fairs in Europe and South America.
* Develop and expand a sales team to support growth initiatives.
* Oversee the organization of travel services and ensure smooth operational execution.
* Manage the acquisition and negotiation of suppliers, ensuring quality, reliability, and profitability.
* Build a sustainable sales foundation to support long-term market leadership in Southern Europe and South America.
What We’re Looking For
* Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory) plus Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, and ideally German.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in tourism/travel sales, ideally in an incoming agency or DMC environment.
* Market knowledge: Deep understanding of tourism in Austria and neighboring countries – hotels, transport, cultural activities, and logistics.
* Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management.
* Proven ability in pricing, package calculation, and margin/coverage contribution analysis.
* Solid MS Office skills; comfortable with calls, email, and office workflows.
* A natural communicator with passion for sales, customer-oriented service, and building long-term partnerships.
* Interest in AI, innovative technology, and process optimization.
* A team player who thrives in dynamic, non-hierarchical structures and adapts quickly to changing goals.
