We are seeking a
Global Key Account Manager – Food Retai l to lead and coordinate complex
Requests for Proposals (RFPs
) and strategic projects within our global Key Account organization. The role includes responsibility for a set of existing accounts as well as jointly agreed new accounts to be developed. A significant part of this role will be the onboarding and international scalin g of new key accounts
.
Responsibilities:
Take a leading role in developing new and maintaining existing global key accounts. Define project scope, set milestones, deliverables, and objectives in accordance with stakeholder requirements and tender documentation. Identify internal and external resource needs and lead local key account managers and the bid team throughout the quotation and tender process (incl. lighting designers, back office, etc.). Plan and schedule project tasks, track progress, and act as the timekeeper of the bid team. Lead the commercial pricing process and prepare final quotations in close collaboration with the Head of Application (Industry), including assigning roles within the bid team.
Skills & Experience:
Preferably a full-time role based in Vienna, Austria; active customer engagement and regular on-site visits are expected. Willingness to work project‑based overtime to ensure client deadlines are met. Previous experience in an international business environ
