Haide / immediately Your Responsibilities * Ensure FEFO-based product prep (BBD availability) * Plan staff schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, shifts) * Document and report shifts accurately * Oversee proper shift handovers * Participate in projects * Ensure smooth multi-shift shipping operations * Supervise and manage company facilities * Conduct briefings and meetings * Control and ensure timely shipments, transports, and pickups * Prepare and follow up on shift work * Manage time, reporting, and compliance with goals/standards * Oversee quality and risk management * Assist and act as deputy to the Site Manager Your Qualifications * Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field * Proven leadership and professional experience in a related industry (e.g. trade, manufacturing, services, or craftsmanship) * Solid MS Office skills & basic understanding of ERP systems * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, both disciplinary and professional * Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on, independent working style * Open to working in rotating shifts * Excellent Spanish (C2) and very good English (C1) or German skills, both written and spoken * Mandatory: valid work permit for Spain Offer * Modern Facilities * Telework * Meal Allowances & Coffee For Free * Development Potential * Parking space or Public transport ticket * Crew Events Salary The annual gross salary for this position is EUR53,000, on a full-time basis (according to the collective agreement for employees in companies providing services in automatic data processing and information technology).
