For our ZARA HOME store in the city center we are looking for a VISUAL COMMERCIAL (M/F/D) 38.5 hours per week · flexible Monday–Saturday

Being ready to support service with insights on new arrivals, offering alternatives, and making sure every choice feels effortless for the customer. By sharing key visual inputs with the Customer Experience team, you ensure that the brand’s image translates directly into the way clients perceive the store.
Product is your canvas. You’ll refresh layouts, rotate exposed items, and adjust the store image quickly in response to visual and commercial needs. Every display, and detail will be prepared to the highest standard, keeping the atmosphere dynamic and inspiring.
People are the core of this role. Identifying and training new visuals means passing on the culture, values, and creative vision of the brand. It’s about shaping the next generation of talent while ensuring consistency in the store’s identity.
This role is about impact - blending creativity, precision, and leadership to transform the store into a place where customers don’t just shop, but connect with the brand.
YOUR PROFILE
Experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally in retail
Independent and well-organised working style
Good command of German or English

Monthly gross salary starting from EUR 2,362.00 (starting salary for 38.5 hours/week), with higher pay depending on relevant professional experience
