Overview
Lead Building System- and Production-Data role at GROPYUS. The role sits within the Building System Team (BST), a Product Development department responsible for the engineering of GROPYUS' scalable timber building product. The team leads the digitization of the Building System engineering output to enable scalable Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Production and Construction, with a focus on our in-house Robotic Production.
GROPYUS delivers Buildings at scale and relies on digital, data-driven processes across the value chain. You will refine and execute GROPYUS' technical vision of scalable digital processes, developing, implementing and optimizing them hands-on in close collaboration with the Tech Teams.
Responsibilities
* Translate Building System logic and specifications (e.g. standard detail drawings) into digital data (e.g. via our proprietary Rulebook and parameterization engine).
* Lead the development and operation of review & approval processes of data generated by parametric systems to ensure correct factory-ready production data.
* Manage and evolve Digital Twins, including coordination of production- & assembly data.
* Coordinate assembly drawings for internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage data-related issue tickets from Production via ticketing system.
Qualifications
* Qualified in structural or architectural engineering, able to take responsibility for data that goes to suppliers, production and construction.
* Expert in parametric computational design (Rhino required; bonus coding languages) and able to apply extensive experience to shape suitable process-solutions for current and future business needs.
* Fluent German and English skills.
* Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving across disciplines.
* Bonus: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Wrike, Jira, Asana).

Austrian salary range, based on 14 months: €77.000—€94.000 EUR.
