Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Graz for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, primarily focusing on back-end web and application development. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with teams to build scalable software systems, utilizing object-oriented programming principles, debugging and troubleshooting, and optimizing code for performance. The role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's software portfolio and supporting open-source projects.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
* Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience in building scalable systems.
* Expertise in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with open-source development practices and tools is an asset.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience with game server networks and hosting systems is a bonus.
