Overview
The Senior Manager, Field Marketing (Franchise) is the critical link between the Take 5 brand and the franchisees who deliver it in market. This role stewardes the execution of new unit growth plans while optimizing the performance of existing locations across assigned territories. The leader acts as a strategist and relationship-builder, ensuring brand standards are upheld, local dynamics are understood, and franchisees receive the tools and guidance they need to win.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the voice of the brand to the franchisee, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, standards, and tone across all local marketing activity.
* Partner with regional field operations to understand market dynamics, competitive pressures, and customer behaviors, translating insights into actionable local marketing strategies.
* Steward the planning and execution of new unit growth marketing, working with internal teams, external agencies, and franchise partners to deliver high-impact grand openings.
* Support and optimize the performance of existing locations, identifying local opportunities and tailoring brand-led activations to drive Cars Per Day (CPD), retention, and community engagement.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, media, and promotions teams to adapt national campaigns into localized activations that resonate in-market.
* Reinforce brand standards through regular engagement with franchisees, ensuring marketing execution reflects Take 5’s promise of Fast. Friendly. Simple.
* Build relationships with franchise partners to gain buy-in and influence adoption.
* Develop and deliver presentations, toolkits, and reporting that translate complex data and insights into actionable tools for franchise owners.
* Act as a field-level champion of continuous improvement, sharing best practices across territories and surfacing needs or gaps back to the brand team.
Qualifications
* Ability to work in the United States on an on-going basis, without sponsorship
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA a plus.
* 5–7 years of experience in field marketing, franchise marketing, or multi-unit retail marketing.
* Proven track record in franchise or dealer network environments, balancing brand consistency with local execution.
* Strong business acumen with experience in budget management and ROI optimization.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build trust and credibility with franchisees, operations leaders, and executives.
* Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation — with the ability to translate marketing strategy into practical tools for operators.
* Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced growth.
* Deep respect for the franchisee relationship with a service-first approach that reflects the brand’s commitment to partnership.
Position Details
Location: North Carolina
Compensation Range: $73,600.00 - $131,400.00
Compensation Frequency: Annual
Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives. Benefits include health and wellness options, paid time off, and holiday pay. Details available through the benefits page.
