To expand our team for various Eastern European regions we are looking for strong and winning personalities with positive energy willingness to perform and entrepreneurial spirit who are English and Eastern European language speakers.
Tasks
* Support existing customers and act as their primary point of contact in the company.
* Establish and expand the business network by acquiring new customers and strengthening the relationships with partners.
* After training, fully responsible for the organization and supervision of European road transports in the designated geographical area.
* Independent planning and scheduling of land transport (round trip / charter).
* Purchase and sale of cargo space as well as complete handling of organization and transport planning.
* Development of customer‑specific solutions & customer projects.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* You have very good English language skills and very good knowledge of one of the following languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian or Bulgarian (C1 preferred). German language skills are an advantage.
* You have graduated from school or completed university education ideally in the commercial / logistics field or 1-2 years of professional experience.
* Ideally you have practical experience in the transport industry or in customer service.

The remuneration for the offered position is above the collective agreement. The minimum salary for this position depending on qualifications and professional experience is €2100 / €2300 gross per month. Your annual salary is made up of the basic salary plus a performance‑related variable monthly bonus. You will receive this after completing your trainee program.
