As a Senior Process Expert in the QM Audit & Systems team, you will actively shape and drive advancements in Process & Quality Management (PQM). Your system and process expertise, combined with your hands on mentality, will play a vital role in collaboration with our Global Process & Data Organization and Quality Management Organization.
* Design, optimize and lead the implementation of processes in systems to support current and future business models, ensuring they are effectively integrated into operations
* Create and maintain process documentation in our global PALFINGER management system, ensuring alignment and compliance across global entities
* Collaborate with Process Managers & Experts in defining strategies and conducting trend analyses on further enhancing our process landscape
* Build a strong network of local process experts through training and workshops, acting as a key knowledge resource globally
* Lead change requests and support testing and training of changes to ensure process readiness during global quality management system rollouts
* Degree in Business Management, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or extensive experience in process management or quality systems, ideally in global projects
* Experience with ERP Systems (ideally SAP QM module)
* Knowledge of process management methodologies, e.g. Lean Six Sigma
* Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities
* A hands on mentality, proactive attitude to tackle challenges and willingness to travel up to 20%
