1. As an IT Project Manager for Business Applications, you take the lead in analysing business needs and crafting strategic decisions on whether to build or buy solutions that drive success. Your responsibility includes planning, overseeing, and monitoring IT projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment and engagement with diverse stakeholders. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to efficiently implement innovative solutions, delivering seamless and impactful global rollouts that elevate our business.
2. You own the transition of completed projects into high-performing services and take charge of managing them through their entire lifecycle. Partnering with business teams, you ensure unmatched quality, sustained excellence, and maximum impact every step of the way.
3. You manage the design, implementation, and rollout of global IT solutions for marketing based on SaaS platforms or custom-developed applications. You drive game-changing solutions for key business areas, including marketing consumer affairs, direct-to-consumer communication, product marketing and development, as well as creative and asset production teams.
4. In this role you work closely with our Marketing teams to understand and challenge their processes and requirements, translating business needs into high-quality technical concepts and user stories for reliable, impactful solutions.
5. University degree in computer science / similar study or equal practical experience
6. At least 3 years of professional experience within an IT department or consulting company
7. Hands-on experience in IT project management and in the global roll-out and delivery of business applications
8. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions or work with external partners
9. Understanding of software development and system architecture (data models, integration of systems, programming languages and APIs) is beneficial
10. Experience with management, configuration and implementation of SaaS based solutions is valuable
11. A good understanding of AI concepts and frameworks to drive applications and foster innovation is a plus
12. Knowledge and experience in requirement engineering (user story creation, process modelling, prototyping, …) or business analysis is beneficial
13. Proactive working style, excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) paired with performance- and result-orientation
