Your Responsibilities:
* Forecasting and Demand Planning: Develop and implement effective forecasting and demand planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet business needs.
* Swap-Pool Project Support: Manage and support swap-pool projects, focusing on Turbo Chargers and Alternators, including planning materials and managing purchase orders for timely availability.
* Process Oversight and Centralized Planning: Oversee processes across all local repair shops to ensure efficient operations. Plan materials centrally to streamline supply chain activities.
* Technical Guidance and Collaboration: Provide technical direction and collaborate closely with the Planning Leader to integrate all business inputs into the planning process effectively.
* Monthly Planning Cycle Participation: Play a pivotal role in the monthly planning cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Change Management Support: Facilitate and support rapid execution of changes to improve processes and adapt to evolving business needs.
Your Profile:
* University Bachelor's Degree or similar qualification.
* Several years of planning experience in similar roles within complex, process-driven companies; strong internal/external experience can be an alternative to a university degree.
* Experience in supply planning is required. An engineering background is strongly desired.
* Background in planning, engineering/technical fields, with capacity to influence.
* Proficiency in Oracle or other ERP systems, Excel (power user), and mid-complexity project management.
The base pay is at least EUR 3,728.36 gross per month (x 14), according to the Austrian collective agreement, with additional overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
