As a Customer Service Professional, you’ll play a vital role in Red Bull’s global supply chain by ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of our products to international markets.
In this position, you’ll manage the full order-to-cash process for finished goods, promotional materials, and branded vehicles for the Middle East & Africa region. Acting as a key contact for subsidiaries and distribution partners, you’ll coordinate order management, transport planning, and export processes, ensuring efficiency using systems like SAP, TM, and BI.
You’ll support new product launches and updates, and help resolve supply chain or import challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
* Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for your markets and stakeholders regarding orders, credit risk, and shipping. Manage multiple tasks from order processing to customer complaints and product change requests. Maintain professionalism and handle export documents, legalization, customs filing, and credit risk procedures, communicating constraints and deadlines effectively.
* Shipping & Export Administration: Oversee the order-to-cash process for finished goods and visibility items, including transport planning and document management in SAP TM and BI. Monitor shipments and coordinate with 3PLs and customers, continuously improving processes for compliance, efficiency, and cost management.
* Credit Risk Management: Manage credit limits with Finance, handle Letter of Credit, dunning, and accounts management, ensuring communication of limits and deadlines with stakeholders.
* Master Data Management: Assist in setting up and modifying finished goods and packaging materials, including SKUs and product changes, for your markets.
Ideal candidate profile:
* Degree in commerce, logistics, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience, preferably in CPG/FMCG
* Experience in international Customer Service (preferred)
* Knowledge of SAP (beneficial)
* Fluent in English
* Proficient in software tools including SAP and Microsoft Office
* Independent, precise, organized, reliable, and service-oriented
* Strong prioritization skills and ability to analyze complex logistics and export processes
* Motivated, proactive, and eager to improve processes
* Team player with flexibility, resilience under pressure, and multi-project handling ability
Due to legal requirements, the minimum salary for this role is €2446 gross per month, with a market-based, attractive compensation package above this minimum.
