Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including but not limited to institutional agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, technology and licensing arrangements, and partnership MOUs. Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, from contract intake, redlining, approval workflows, execution, and archiving, to renewal and termination management. Act as the point of contact for internal business units (e.g., procurement, operations, tech, finance) to provide clear and timely legal support during commercial negotiations.
