As a customer advisor in the luxury segment, everything revolves around an unforgettable customer experience. For you, this means, among other things:
o Best-in-class customer advice, top customer service and excellent operational processes (checkout, stock, inventory, ...).
o The neat and Rituals-compliant maintenance and presentation of the products, sales areas, back office and warehouse.
o Close cooperation with the team and store manager regarding initiatives to achieve goals, training, coaching, etc.

The minimum salary according to KV for this position is € 1,945.00 (entry-level salary in the 1st year of employment on a full-time basis) with the option of overpayment. The actual salary depends on experience and qualifications.

Whether you've been a Sales Associate, Beauty Advisor, Sales Assistant, Sales Consultant or Client Advisor - show us who you are!
o You are not just a salesperson, but a results-oriented consultant with an affinity for beauty. You have experience in a lifestyle and/or service-oriented industry (retail, luxury retail, cosmetics, fashion, cruise ships, hotel industry, gastronomy, luxury gastronomy). A training as a retail salesperson is an advantage, but not absolutely necessary.
o You have excellent storytelling and communication skills.
o In addition, you are always positive, empathetic, team-oriented, digitally savvy, willing to learn and flexible in all respects
