Ing., or Master's degree in Power Systems / Electrical Engineering or a diploma from a Higher Technical School (HTL)5+ years of practice in the Energy or EPC sectorBasic/solid knowledge of power plant electrical equipment such as transformers, low and medium voltage components, switchgears, cable dimensioningFluency in English; basic German speaking skills are considered advantageousWillingness to travel up to 20% of working timeValid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach your work permit to the application)Experience with High and Extra High voltage systemsUnderstanding of basic principles of various bus communication systems (e.g., Modbus, TCP/IP)Proficiency with ePlan P8 is advantageousKnowledge of synchronous generators and/or other DERs (distributed energy resources)PLC programming and/or coding skills, especially in the Automation Studio 4.x environment, are beneficialEnjoys working in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment with a wide range of tasks and responsibilitiesA healthy interest in (renewable) energy projects will facilitate your transition into the roleAt INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
