We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for one of our outlet store in Parndorf.
The Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Manager in day-to-day management of employees, business operations, inventory and more.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform with high integrity in company compliance with HQ
2. Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service
3. Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market place
4. Recruit and train new employees
5. Manage existing employee schedules and make any needed change
6. Open and close the store
7. Evaluate store sales, prepare reports and suggest ways to increase sales and improve business KPIs
8. Assist the Store Manager in the development of the business or recruiting programs
Skills
9. Relevant retail experience in a managerial role
10. Business acumen and commercial focus that drives to constantly look for ways to improve
11. Excellent team leadership skills
12. Managerial skills and customer service skills
13. Fluent English and Italian, other languages are considered a plus
