Key Responsibilities
* Guide guests through the steakhouse experience with expert knowledge of cuts, origins, aging methods, and preparation techniques
* Present and explain premium meats tableside, creating a personalized and memorable dining journey
* Advise guests on meat selection, portion sizes, and ideal cooking preferences
* Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure flawless execution and timing
* Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and brand excellence
* Enhance the guest experience through storytelling, passion, and product expertise
* Maintain impeccable hygiene, organization, and mise en place in all service areas
* Stay up to date with industry trends, sourcing, and product knowledge in premium meats
Your Qualifications
* Previous experience in a high-end steakhouse, butchery, or luxury hospitality environment
* Strong knowledge of meat cuts, breeds, aging processes (dry-aged, wet-aged), and cooking techniques
* Passion for gastronomy and delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a confident, guest-focused presence
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Well-groomed, professional appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based full-time employment, is € 2.026,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
