Springtime Technologies is expanding and growing, and we are currently on the look out for a Marketing Manager to support and drive our expansion.
This role will focus on shaping and executing our marketing plan, ensuring we build and secure a credible position in a competitive fintech market.
You will bring creativity, energy, and precision to elevate our brand presence, drive measurable ROI, and position Springtime as the trusted partner for Global Process Owners (GPOs), Heads of Shared Services, and AP leaders.
This is a superb opportunity to help build and scale marketing at Springtime. You will combine strategy input with execution, taking day to day charge of an integrated and multi-channel plan, managing our digital and social presence and driving lead generation from large global brands.
Your Tasks
* Contribute to the creation and ongoing development of the annual marketing plan, ensuring activities are tracked, measured, reported, and optimized for ROI
* Establish and maintain robust processes that uphold high marketing standards and compliance
* Design and execute lead generation programs, including partnerships with media and industry organizations that align with pipeline objectives
* Plan, co-ordinate, and evaluate Springtime’s presence at tradeshows, conferences, and bespoke customer events, in close collaboration with sales for pre-event campaigns and on-site engagement
* Collaborate with sales to develop innovative engagement strategies for strategic accounts and customer expansion initiatives
* Manage the company’s social media presence, content calendar, and growth of channels (including LinkedIn and YouTube), in alignment with Springtime’s brand positioning
* Oversee day-to-day website management and content in partnership with an external agency (UK based)
* Drive a persona-based content plan across the buyer journey, prioritizing video, interactive, and multi-format content deployed across buyer-preferred channels
* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent visual identity, positioning, and messaging across all internal and external initiatives
Your Profile
* Experience in B2B IT marketing (finance industry or accounts payable know-how is a nice bonus)
* Great communication skills and the confidence to work with different stakeholders
* Hands-on experience with content management, marketing automation, and analytics solutions (CRM, automation, analytics, CMS)
* A structured, solution-oriented way of working, paired with a hands-on mindset
* Curiosity for technology and an interest in exploring new ideas
* Strong English skills, spoken and written (native level is a plus, but not required)
