Are you an experienced FP&A Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity? Findex are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Corporate Services to join our Finance team! This is a permanent, full-time role, open to Melbourne or Sydney.
Your role, your contribution!
* Collaborating on the prompt delivery of accurate and complete forecasts for the Corporate Services division.
* Provide timely management reporting to multiple Corporate and C-Suite stakeholders, and support with the preparation of Board and Executive Committee reporting packs.
* Consolidate divisional plans and prepare variance analyses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Support the development of the Corporate Services workforce plan including review and approval of new and replacement roles.
* Providing commercial and financial support to business stakeholders, presenting information in a way to facilitate and influence decision making to drive optimal business performance.

What you bring to the role:
* Tertiary Qualification & CA or CPA qualified.
* Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, or business performance, ideally within professional services or a complex corporate environment.
* Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
* Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills.
* Experience coaching/mentoring junior staff.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel + experience with PowerBI or similar data visualisation tools.
