You'll help ensure that every material entering our production pipeline meets strict quality standards. In this role, you'll oversee sampling and compliance activities, support manufacturing plant and system readiness, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain safe and reliable operations.
Job Description
Essential Requirements:
* Ensure GxP‑compliant sampling of incoming materials at external warehouse, including oversight of sampling areas and equipment.
* Manage deviation and change control processes and author area‑specific documents such as SOPs.
* Oversee training and support for external sampler teams, including maintaining training matrices and conducting sessions.
* Support compliance across manufacturing plant, including room and equipment qualification oversight.
* Provide QA expertise during audits and inspections.
* Contribute to lifecycle activities such as maintenance, risk assessments and periodic reviews.
* Drive harmonization of GxP documentation and support continuous improvement and cross‑functional quality initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
* Completed scientific or technical degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, or comparable field.
* Minimum three years of experience in Good Practice (GxP) or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environments.
* Initial experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Production compliance topics.
* Strong analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
* Fluent German and English communication skills at level C1 or higher.
* Ability to work across functions with strong collaboration and organizational skills

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €64.023,54/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
