Support structuring strategic and organizational topics and help to define work streams * Project Management: Act as a strong Project Management Office * Consulting: Act as a sparring partner for the Product Line Leadership Team * Communication: Prepare communication up to Business Line and into the Product Line Leadership Team * Market Analysis: Support the creation of market analyses and business reports for the Product Line Leadership Team * Workshop and Meeting Support: Support the Executive Assistant in preparation and execution of workshops and governance meetings where applicable Further Information: Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration: min. 12 months Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Education: Currently pursuing a business-related technical or scientific degree, with a focus on strategy or marketing * Experience: International internship experience is considered an additional advantage * Digital Skills: Strong affinity for digitalization, technology, and current market trends. Proficient user of AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT to enhance work efficiency * Technical Skills: Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in collaboration tools like Confluence or iShare as a bonus * Soft Skills: Self-starter and self-driven, with the ambition to build an accelerated management career. Thrive in uncertain and dynamic environments, with a strong enthusiasm for change. Possess a pragmatic and analytical mindset, balanced with the ability to think ahead and tackle challenges * Communication Skills: Very good organizational and communication skills, with a passion for teamwork and collaborating across multinational teams and time zones.
