About the Role
This is a fullâtime position conducted remotely or from our office in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required.

Your Mission đ
Architect and pilot the revenue engine.
You will transition Paradox from a founderâled marketing approach to a brandâled, repeatable, dataâdriven engine. Youâll lead from the front, testing hypotheses, launching new channels, and showing the team how itâs done.
Key Responsibilities
* Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch offerâmarket fit.
* Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesnât; refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
* Architect funnels and campaigns handsâon: map them out, oversee implementation, set up tracking, and ensure machine integrity before scaling budgets.
* Relentless optimization: design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself; audit lowâconverting pages and implement fixes immediately.
* Explore and scale acquisition channels beyond paid social, overseeing performance and identifying new winning channels.
* Build and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content.
* Lead the growth team (paid, copy, web, PMM) as a sparring partner for strategy, copy angles, and technical execution.
* Manage sales alignment and revenue quality: focus on appointments held and deals closed, prioritizing highâintent leads and stopping lowâvalue campaigns.
Tools & KPIs
Tools youâll master: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and more.
KPIs youâll own: LTV / CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates by stage, and X experiments launched per week.

* Conversion rates 2Ă better than baseline.

Experience
* Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, eâcommerce, or digital product environments.
* Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improve revenue, user activation, or conversion.
