As a Sales Representative for Retail Media in the sports sector, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development and expansion of our media partnerships. You develop tailored marketing solutions for brand partners and implement innovative retail media campaigns that reach both customers and sports enthusiasts. With your feel for market trends, your sales talent, and your marketing expertise, you actively shape the future of sports marketing.
* You will acquire new brand and trading partners and manage existing accounts with the aim of building long-term and successful collaborations.
* As the central point of contact, you will strategically advise your partners on the optimal use of our Retail Media solutions and provide fresh impetus for further development.
* You develop and sell cross-media concepts – from digital campaigns to in-store measures.
* You are responsible for the entire sales funnel independently: from lead generation and presentations to contract signing.
* Budget planning, allocation and control are your responsibility – always efficient and goal-oriented.
* Working closely with the purchasing, category management, marketing, e-commerce and media teams, you ensure smooth processes and measurable results.
* You observe the market, identify new trends, and transform them into innovative concepts.

* Strong sales skills: negotiation skills, closing ability, and empathy.
* Networker with enthusiasm and a feel for brand and consumer trends.
* Initial experience in online marketing or in the sales of media and advertising solutions – ideally with a focus on retail media and brand partnerships.
* Analytical, conceptually strong and digitally savvy.
* Confident in using all relevant paid media channels (SEA, Display, Social).
* Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

Gross monthly salary starting from EUR 3,500,-- + overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience. Employment level: Full-time.
