* Development of customer centric products and establishment of product owner role within BWT
* Collaboration with internal customers, early adopters and stakeholders
* Distilling user inputs into stories, technical tasks and acceptance criteria
* Validating requirements against implementations
* Continuous monitoring of impact on business and customer value
* Aligning and prioritization of projects, standardizing of work flows and defining improvements
Ihr Profil
* Degree in technical or business study and 2+ years of work experience in delivering successful products to multinational customers
* Solid background in requirements engineering, product lifecycles and maturity gates
* Experience with ALM tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence
* Strong coordination and negotiation skills
* Passion for technology and understanding of software and hardware development
* Fluent in English written and spoken, German beneficial
