As a chef / chef de partie, you will take on a central role in the kitchen organisation. You will work independently, responsibly and actively contribute to the quality and further development of the kitchen.
* Independent management of a post within the kitchen
* Responsibility for mise en place, production and service
* Ensuring a consistently high quality standard
* Support in the development of seasonal dishes and menus
* Careful handling of high-quality regional products
* Compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines
* Support and guidance for apprentices and young chefs
What you bring with you:
We are not looking for a pure labourer, but a personality with an attitude towards gastronomy.
Ideally, you bring with you:
* Completed training as a chef
* Several years of experience in an ambitious kitchen an advantage
* Independent, structured and responsible way of working
* Enjoy working with regional products
